倪海容牧师 Pastor Frank Ni 

倪海容牧師出生於台灣台南市，12歲信主受洗，在教會多有服事。台灣大學畢業後來美攻讀碩博士，在加州工作多年。 1999年受神的呼召進入西方神學院就讀道學碩士。 2002年開始在奧勒岡州谷心鎮華人基督教會擔任牧師至今，並於2013年獲西方神學院教牧學博士學位。

Pastor Frank was born in Tainan, Taiwan. Since the baptism at age of 12, he has served in church. Graduated from Taiwan University and then completed his M.S. and Ph.D. at Oregon State University. Worked many years in California and earned his M.Div from Western Seminary 2002. Has since pastored Chinese Christian Church of Corvallis till now. Completed his D.Min. 2013. Dissertation title "Managing Conflicts in North American Chinese Churches"

倪牧師常年服事於谷心鎮的華人社區，師母Lucy始終伴其左右，為之不可缺之助手，一兒一女均已長大成人。

Pastor Frank serves in Corvallis Chinese community along with his wife Lucy, a faithful and indispensable partner. They have one adult daughter and one adult son.
